Women’s Kickboxing Classes in Lebanon, NH
Our Women's Kickboxing class is designed specifically for women of all fitness levels! This is a high-energy workout that combines kickboxing techniques with cardio and strength training to help you burn calories, build lean muscle, and develop your self-defense skills.
In Women’s Kickboxing, you’ll learn the basics of kicks, punches, knee and elbow strikes, as well as footwork and defensive techniques. You will also practice bag work, pad work, and partner drills to improve your technique and timing, and develop your strength and endurance with bodyweight exercises and resistance training.
